Denphone installed an Asterisk server in the firm's new Tokyo office connected to the NTT Phone network via an ISDN BRI cardObjective:

To implement a VoIP capable office phone system to their
new office in Tokyo.
+ ISDN connection to the Japan phone network
+ Ring Groups and Voicemail
+ Customized voice menu for inbound callers

Solution:

Denphone installed an Asterisk server in the firm's new Tokyo office connected to the NTT Phone network via an ISDN BRI card. IP phones and Sipura TAs were connected to the Asterisk Server. A Dialplan was designed to answer incoming calls via a professionally recorded voice response menu (in Japanese language). Call Groups and Voicemails were setup as requested by the Client.
