In May of 2008, Denphone and KVH announced a partnership to provide managed PBX services for the Japanese marketplace. This offering combines Denphone's Asterisk based PBX solutions and Polycom handsets with KVH's PRI (Primary Rate Interface) and Enterprise level voice and data connections. This means we are able to offer corporate office telephony solutions at very competitive prices while also providing top quality one-stop solutions.
KVH was established in 1999 by Fidelity Investments, an American provider of investment products and services company. KVH is an Asia-Pacific IT and Communications service provider. Fidelity Investments have founded similar IT and Communications businesses in approximately 40 cities worldwide, including the well known COLT system in Europe. Solutions offered by KVH include SONET fiber connections within the Tokyo Municipal Area as well as data center solutions of the highest quality.
If you are looking to set up an office in Tokyo, or to cut overhead costs by moving a traditional PBX system to a more up-to-date VoIP PBX solution, then connecting through Denphone's Asterisk set-up and KVH's PRI termination should be the first item on your to-do list.
With KVH your numbers effectively become portable. If you start out with a temporary office in Tokyo you will be able to keep the same telephone and fax numbers when you move to another office - something which isn't normally possible if you go through a more traditional carrier.
As well as Asterisk based PBX installations, and support contracts we are also able to offer bespoke IT solutions tailored to meet your specific needs. If you can imagine a use for a phone, we can implement it. This might be an automated bi-lingual or multi-lingual phone answering service, or first tier automated phone based IT support help desk solutions.
To find out how Denphone and KVH's partnership can help you, or if you have any questions, feel free to drop us a line via the contact page or by telephone at 03-4550-1405.
We look forward to hearing from you.
