Denphone one touch WarpGenie automatically forwards multiple DID trunk calls simultaneously to pre-registered telephone numbers. The service can be activated and deactivated remotely.

WarpGenie is an externally hosted service specially developed for the Japanese market to complement NTT and NTT Communications Voice Warp services. Other Telecommunication Carrier Voice Warp equivalent services can be supported as required (development fee may apply).

Easy to Activate:
- Denphone loads the hosted WarpGenie database with your predefined DID trunk numbers and PIN codes
- You dial a predefined number
- Select English or Japanese
- Enter user ID
- Enter password or PIN code
- You are then prompted to select, Activate or Deactivate VoiceWarp
- Your predefined numbers are automatically Activated or Deactivated
- WarpGenie confirms the selected changes via email
In an emergency, WarpGenie is easy to operate, saving valuable time and resources. The activation and deactivation emails also serve as an effective audit trail.
