Case Study 5: Keegon

    Objective

    To implement a low cost VoIP capable phone system to the company's outbound call centre in Tokyo.

    • ISDN connection to the Japan phone network
    • SIP connections to a VoIP provider
    • Grandstream handsets

    Solution

    Denphone installed an Asterisk server in the firm's new Tokyo office. Connections were made to the NTT Phone network via an ISDN BRI card. Connections were also made to a VoIP provider using SIP protocol. Grandstream IP phones were connected to the Asterisk Server. A total of 40+ outbound voice channels were installed.
