    Objective

    To implement a Mitel VoIP phone system to replace their previous analog PBX in Tokyo.

    • 2x KVH PRI trunk connection to the Japan PSTN
    • 200 Mitel IP phones for staff based in Tokyo

    Solution

    Denphone assisted Australia based Ethan Group to install a two server Mitel based PBX system in the Robert Walters Tokyo office. Connections were made to the KVH Phone network via two PRI ports. 200 Mitel IP phones in two separate buildings were connected to the PBX Servers.
