We are carrier neutral and experienced in handling all major domestic carriers including NTT, KDDI, Softbank and Colt Technology Services for both data and voice circuits. We are also hardware vendor neutral, supporting multiple equipment manufacturers including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Arista, Dell, Yamaha.
As network infrastructure management becomes more international, our bilingual sales and engineering staff are well equipped to handle the vast majority of our customer requests, no matter where they originate from.
LAN Cabling
Our pursuit of high performance and reliability of our voice systems extends down to layer 1 of the OSI stack.
For new office deployments of 30 users or under we are happy to perform the cabling with our own staff, while for larger deployments we can work with our trusted local cabling partners to lay your cables. In cases where our customers wish to outsource this work to another customer-appointed cabling vender, our bilingual staff can coordinate with them to get the job done.
From a systems performance and management perspective, we highly recommend our customers to split voice and data over separate LAN cables, as well as avoid daisy chaining phones. Where this is not possible, we can advise you on the best way to handle each individual case.

Server Administration
We are capable of supporting servers running all major OSs including Linux, Windows and VMware. In particular, we are strong in Linux based systems, our inhouse staff having on average over 15 years of Linux administration, maintenance and support experience.
SQL Databases
We provide support for major SQL databases including Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL. We are particularly strong in PostgreSQL, as it is our database of choice for our proprietary inhouse systems, as well as our default choice for customised solutions. Support for other databases can also be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
